Located in downtown Manhattan’s Financial District, District is a condominium building with lifestyle amenities built in. Cheeky copy, film-noir-inspired visuals, an oversized newspaper-style brochure and a suggestive tagline—“Smart. Sexy. Available.”—came together as a fully branded package of identity and sales materials that fulfilled the client’s request for something sexy.
